I was sitting in Lagos traffic—sweaty, hungry, and overwhelmed—when the thought hit me like a brick:

“Is this what my life is now? Is this how I’m going to keep living?”

Between my 9–5 job, endless traffic, the mental load of keeping my kitchen stocked, and the pressure to still show up strong every day… I was drowning. Grocery shopping felt like a chore. Cooking after a long day felt like a punishment. I would come back home, stare at the fridge, and wish someone else had handled it all for me.

But no one was coming. And I realized—I couldn’t be the only one.
