1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to selected locations within Lagos, Nigeria. As we grow, we plan to expand our delivery coverage to more areas across the country.

To confirm if we deliver to your area, please contact our customer care team or check the location list on our website.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12PM will be delivered the next day.

We do our best to deliver on time. However, please understand that delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on your location and order size. Exact charges will be shown at checkout.

• Standard Delivery Fee (within Lagos): Starting from ₦3,500
• Free Delivery: Available on orders above ₦50,000 (terms & conditions apply)

Special promotions may occasionally include free or discounted delivery.

4. Order Packaging

We prioritize freshness and hygiene. Your order will be:

• Carefully packed to maintain quality
• Delivered in insulated or eco-friendly packaging (where applicable)

5. Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery:

• We will contact you via phone or WhatsApp
• One free redelivery attempt may be arranged
• Further attempts may incur an extra fee

To avoid missed deliveries, kindly provide accurate address details and be reachable on your delivery day.
