1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item(s)
  • Your order arrived damaged or spoiled
  • The item(s) delivered were not fresh or of acceptable quality
  • You did not receive your order at all

Note: Perishable items must be reported within 12 hours of delivery for refund or replacement consideration.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds on:

  • Items not reported within the stated time frame
  • Items that have been consumed or tampered with
  • Personal preference (e.g., change of mind after delivery)
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement, please:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone within 12 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and a clear photo/video of the item(s) in question
  • Let us know if you prefer a refund or a replacement

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

4. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 3–7 business days
  • If you paid on delivery, we will initiate a transfer to your provided account details
5. Replacement Delivery

If you opt for a replacement:

  • A fresh item will be sent at no additional cost
  • Delivery will be arranged within 24–48 hours, depending on availability
